STREEQ accepts the exports and device permissions you already have. Each route is different. None of them post you back onto Strava.
An import that tells you what it did.
You should not have to guess whether it worked. When an archive finishes, STREEQ reports how much came in, how much it already held, and anything it could not read. Running it again is safe, because an activity that is already here is not imported twice.
Your history counts backwards as well as forwards. Rings and streaks are rebuilt over the days the archive covers, so the years you already trained show up in the record instead of starting you at zero.
