HEALTH

The Watch already wrote the night. Keep it with the session.

iPhone uses Apple Health. Android uses Health Connect. You grant the categories. STREEQ does not need to be your Watch.

What you actually connect.

Two halves of the health screen in the app. Nothing here is a mock up.

The STREEQ health screen: Apple Health connected on this device and last synced at 10:58, with Apple Watch workouts arriving through it.
Each source is its own row. Apple Health names when it last synced. Apple Watch is not a second thing to manage: what it records arrives through Apple Health into the same history.
The rest of the STREEQ health screen: a date range import for older history, WHOOP ready to connect, and Fitbit stated as unavailable on iPhone.
Older history is a range you choose. Running it again does not duplicate what is already held. WHOOP connects separately. Where there is no connection to offer, the screen says so rather than leaving a dead button.

Sources that grow the record

Watch and WHOOP can feed the record now. Ultrahuman and Garmin join the same place as they come online. ChatGPT Health can see a Health summary. It still misses the set log, the meal photo and a plan that lands back in the app.

The STREEQ sync confidence card: Apple Health, readable access verified, last successful sync 19 August 2026, a synced range of 22 May to 19 August, no pending items.
You can check it worked. The permission state, the last successful sync, the range it covers and anything still pending.
