The short answer.
No invented numbers. No medical claims. No favourite AI in the header.
What is STREEQ?
A fitness record you keep, then use in Claude, ChatGPT, Grok or Hermes.
Is it an AI coach?
No. You coach in the AI you already use. STREEQ holds the week.
Do I have to leave Hevy or Strava today?
No. Bring history when you are ready. The long aim is that you need them less.
What can I import?
Official Hevy CSV, a Strava archive you export, Apple Health, Health Connect, and WHOOP when you connect it. Ultrahuman and Garmin join the same record as they come online.
Can Claude or ChatGPT change my plan?
If you own the plan, yes, including one set or one week. If a TrainedBy coach owns it, no.
I already generate workout plans in ChatGPT or Claude. Why STREEQ?
Those plans die in the chat. STREEQ is where you log the work and where the next week can land. Free.
What do club members see?
What the person running the club allows. Not your full record by default.
Is this medical?
No. Fitness record only.
What does it cost?
The app is free. Pro is a paid plan with 50x AI usage, history older than 60 days, advanced analytics, more devices and a weekly review. Pro is at a launch price, shown on the pricing page in the currency for where you are. You can buy it in the app or on the pricing page.
How does AI usage work?
Usage is the AI work done on your record, by your own AI or by the app. You see it as a percentage. It resets 7 days after your week starts. Bigger questions use more than small ones. Logging in the app without AI never counts. Free is 1x and Pro is 50x.
iPhone and Android?
Both. STREEQ is on the App Store and Google Play. The Apple Watch app comes free with the iPhone app.
What is the bar?
The daily return loop. Not the reason to download.
