ABOUT
Built for people who already take this seriously.
TRAINEDBY FIT LTD makes STREEQ. The product exists because a Watch, a gym log, a run app and a Claude thread are not a life. Someone has to hold the week.
The rules
- Do not invent users, ratings or outcomes.
- Do not talk like a doctor.
- Do not pretend the bar is the work.
- Do not hide that the app is free.
