Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Streeq, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
The Service
Streeq is a fitness tracking application that helps you build healthy habits through a three-ring system (Steps, Diet, Workout). The free tier provides full access to the core system. Pro features are available through paid subscriptions managed via RevenueCat.
Subscriptions & Payments
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store settings. Refunds are handled by the respective app store per their refund policies.
Health Disclaimer
Streeq is a fitness tracking and habit-building tool, not a medical device. Our workout programs, diet guidance, and AI coaching are for informational purposes only. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise or nutrition program. Streeq is not liable for any injuries or health issues arising from use of the app.
User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer the app, or use it for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person — sharing accounts is not permitted.
Intellectual Property
Streeq, its logo, the three-ring system design, and all content within the app are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without written permission. Your fitness data remains yours — we just store and process it to provide the service.
Account Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the app settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days per our privacy policy.
