STRAVA

The runs you already did still count.

Export your Strava archive. Bring the file in. STREEQ does not take your Strava login and does not post back.

What it looks like while it runs.

Three states from the same screen in the app. Nothing here is a mock up.

Strava connected in STREEQ, read only, with the archive import not yet run.
Connected, read only. STREEQ reads your activities. It never posts to Strava. Running the import twice does not create a second copy of anything.
A Strava import running in STREEQ: 412 activities so far, back to 2021.
Working backwards. The import tells you how far it has got and what year it has reached, and you can leave the screen while it runs.
A finished Strava archive import: 980 activities imported, rings and streaks rebuilt across 712 days.
What a finished archive import reports. The count that came in, the ones already held, the files it could not read, and how far back your rings and streaks were rebuilt. If something failed, it says so.

Then add what Strava cannot see.

The squat after the long run. The meal. The sleep. Claude or ChatGPT can read the week together. Strava’s own Claude connection is activities only, and it is a paid Strava extra.
