CONNECTOR DOCUMENTATION

STREEQ connector reference.

Everything the STREEQ connector does, how sign-in works, and what to do if something goes wrong. Operated by TRAINEDBY FIT LTD (UK company 17488583).

At a glance

  • Connector URL: https://mcp.streeq.app (also answers at https://mcp.streeq.app/streeq/mcp).
  • Sign-in: OAuth 2.1 with PKCE (S256), through https://mcp.trainedby.fit. Dynamic client registration and client ID metadata documents are supported, so no client ID needs to be issued in advance.
  • Setup steps for Claude, ChatGPT and other assistants, and the permissions explained: Connect your AI.
  • Privacy, terms, support: viv@trainedby.fit.

What it does

  • Reads your own record: today’s rings, workouts, meals, weight and measurements, health history synced from Apple Health or Health Connect, progress and goals.
  • Logs things for you: meals (described, or from a photo with the separate photo permission), weight, measurements, workouts and sets, daily and weekly check-ins.
  • Builds and changes your own training plan. A new plan or a change is shown as a preview first and is saved only when you confirm.
  • Manages your nutrition strategy, goals and reminder times.
  • Keeps short notes from your conversations so later chats know them. You are asked before anything is saved.
  • If a coach manages your plan through TrainedBy, STREEQ shows it and blocks changes to the parts the coach owns.

Examples

  1. “Set up a 3-day beginner gym plan for me.” The assistant asks a few questions, calls propose_streeq_workout_program to show a preview, and after you say yes calls confirm_streeq_workout_program. The plan appears in the STREEQ app.
  2. “I had chicken, rice and salad for lunch, about 600 calories.” The assistant calls log_streeq_manual_meal. Numbers you give are saved as yours; numbers the assistant estimates are marked as estimates.
  3. “Remind me to check in at 6 pm on training days, starting next Monday.” The assistant calls set_coaching_rhythm. STREEQ emails you, and notifies the app if it is installed, when a check-in is missed.

Usage limits

The free plan includes a weekly allowance of AI usage through the connector. Opening calls such as get_today, plan previews, and looking things up in the exercise and food libraries are not counted. When the allowance is used up, the assistant is told when it resets. STREEQ Pro removes the limit.

Troubleshooting

  • The sign-in page says the account was not found. Sign in with the same method you use in the STREEQ app (email, Apple or Google). Create the account in the app first if you have none.
  • “This week’s free AI usage on STREEQ is used up.” The reset time is in the message. Pro removes the limit.
  • A plan change is refused because a coach manages it. Your coach owns that plan. Ask them, or ask the assistant to message your coach.
  • Steps or sleep are missing. These come from Apple Health or Health Connect through the phone app. Open the STREEQ app so it can sync, then ask again.
  • The connection expired. Remove the connector and add it again.
