Why STREEQ Uses Three Rings

Training, food and movement share one day but remain separate enough to act on.

A single fitness score hides too much. A hard training session can disguise a day with little food. A high step count can disguise a skipped session. STREEQ keeps three parts visible.

Training

The training ring records the session you meant to complete. It can be strength work or another planned session. The question is simple: did the chosen work happen?

Food

The food ring records the nutrition target or logging task you selected. It is not a judgement about whether a meal was good or bad.

Movement

The movement ring uses the daily movement target you selected. On compatible devices, supported records can arrive through Apple Health or Health Connect after permission.

Why a bar

Each closed ring adds a coloured plate. The bar turns three separate completions into one clear daily state. Underneath it, the original records remain available. The symbol should never replace the evidence.

Use fewer rings when needed

A rest day or a different phase of life may not need every module. Only enabled rings count. The system works when it reflects the day you planned, not when it forces the same day on everyone.

Keep the record. Make the next decision.

STREEQ is on the App Store and Google Play.
